“First, I want to say thank you! Thank you for providing free information via FB and Instagram - which is where I first started following you and FLLS over a year and a half ago.


After implementing small changes over that period of time, I decided to join the July Fat Loss Lifestyle School because my sister was doing it. There were many times previous to that when I did everything but commit to signing up and just didn’t. But when my sister signed up, it was that final push I needed to click the “register” button and not look back. What I have loved about this program is the ease of it:


FLLS is SIMPLE. REAL. CONSISTENT.

The FLLS Meal Template helped me to figure out what I was missing with my nutrition and adjust as needed.


My Results After FLLS


Physically, I am down 8.1 lbs. and 16” overall since starting FLLS. Since May of this year, I’m down a total of 27 lbs.


Mentally, I feel strong, in control of my choices, and relaxed. I am doing the things I know work for me, and love not having the diet mentality.


To finally find the pieces I was missing in my routine has been so enlightening.


Why I Recommend FLLS To Other Women

I recommend FLLS to other women because it helped ME get a plan for my food, movement, and workouts. There is no more guilt, and having a plan is rewarding! I’m attaching my before and after pics from July FLLS. I can see the changes happening and it’s wonderful.


I am also attaching a photo of me this morning after my last minute of my interval run. I was hit by such an overwhelming emotion that I was literally in tears. Nine years ago, I was in the best shape of my life. Then I had an injury, and over the last 3.5 years, I’ve also been fighting an infection in my body that was exhausting. To have the desire to work out, but physically not be able to was awful.


To have the strength, determination, stamina and mindset to be back in MY BODY again, and not fear the “what if’s” any longer is freeing.


Sometimes raw emotion is empowering and I am thankful that I decided to click "register now" and join JULY FLLS. I’m looking forward to the STRONGER TOGETHER Training Club and many years of community as an FLLS ALUM. Thank you for what you and your coaches are doing!"

UPDATE FROM DIANNA: ONE MONTH LATER


A month after completing July FLLS and joining STRONGER TOGETHER, Dianna sent me this update:


"Holy freaking moly!!!! I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am. I stepped on the scale today, took pics, and did my measurements. And I haven’t seen that number on the scale in over 5 years.


The bonus is: IT’S NOT JUST THE NUMBER.


I have never done measurements or photos and I will guarantee you that this time I am way stronger, healthier and more confident than I’ve ever been before.


Here are some updated stats, from the beginning of July FLLS to the end of August. In two months, a total of 13.8 lbs. lost and 18.75 inches!
