When Amy joined Fat Loss Lifestyle School, she knew something had to change. After four years of minimal exercise and relying on whatever food was quick and convenient, she felt stuck in a cycle of stress eating at work: grabbing chips, crackers, and what she calls "carb bars" disguised as protein bars, plus an endless supply of nuts.
Amy came to FLLS with clear goals: she wanted to understand which foods would actually promote fat loss and fuel her body properly, learn appropriate serving sizes, and rebuild a sustainable workout routine after years of inactivity.
The Transformation
When we asked how her lifestyle has changed after completing FLLS, Amy's response was immediate: "Wow - 100% difference."
Within just one month, Amy noticed she was no longer "starving" between meals. Her body began responding positively to whole, healthy foods. Her digestive health improved dramatically—going from one bowel movement every 3-4 days to regular daily function.
